An SD (Secure Digital) card is a device used to store digital data.

3. How do I install my program?
When you insert the SD card into your PDA the program should auto-install. If this does not happen follow these steps:
Start > Programs > File Explorer > Storage Card > click on the icon of the program you wish to install.
Please install the program onto your device.
4. How do I uninstall my program?
Follow these steps:
Start > Settings > tap on the System tab > Add or Remove Programs > select the program you wish to remove > Remove.
5. How much memory does my program need to run?
All our eBooks require at least 100MB on the SD card and 11MB on your PDA to run properly.
Digi-Nav requires at least 100MB on the card and 20MB on your PDA to run properly.

7. How do I soft-reset my PDA?
At the bottom of your PDA you will see a pinhead-sized hole. By pushing it with your stylus you will soft-reset your machine.
8. My program does not start or has given an error message.
Firstly, soft-reset your device - if this does not help then uninstall and re-install the program. If the program still does not start, check that you have enough program memory available.
9. I get an error message saying "This application requires a newer version of the Microsoft Compact Framework..."
Where do I get a newer version of the Compact Framework?
The latest version of the Compact Framework is normally on your memory card in a folder called CF. Run the appropriate file for your device:
Pocket PC 2003 - NETCFv2.ppc.armv4
Windows Mobile 5 - NETCFv2.wm.armv4i
